Amidst the worry of finding naught,

Hope takes birth, despite the thought.

When it settles deep within the mind,

Fragmenting the strength we once defined.

As the mind weakens, it’s plain to see,

The body too loses its energy.

Understanding oneself then becomes the key,

To heal the mind from this misery.

From the heart, detach those fears,

Abandon the hope of fruits, it clears.

    Gradually, the mind breaks free,

    Embarking anew with spirited glee.

Chandrayaan 3 with a holy man

Rise, O women, for the world to see,

On Chandrayaan 3, Deputy Director she be.

    Nishchayita Gaurima, mother of might,

Embodies the pride of mothers, so bright.

Once, a young man, a sannyasi divine,

Rangnathananda Ji, his thoughts did align.

“An avatar like Thakur’s grace upholds,

    Motherly love, the universe enfolds.

Like Swamiji’s soul, a personality grand,

A choice of avatar, with Shiva’s command.”

But what was the gain, the purpose true?

In society’s darkness, where does this ensue?

Rangnathananda Ji, wise in his thought,

Answered with care, a vision he sought.

“Why?” he questioned, the query posed,

“Why with educated women, is society composed?”

As water to trees, when given with care,

The entire plant thrives, all branches fair.

    Likewise, to uplift, society’s grand,

Educate the daughters, across the land.

By educating one man, knowledge to share,

    Only he’s enlightened, others unaware.

Educate a woman, the whole family gains,

    As nurturers, creators, society refrains.

Women are the creators, for sure,

    Men mere stewards, to endure.

Women mend and build with grace,

    Leading society, like Vivekananda’s embrace.

Shikshit by women, the society shall rise,

Guided by wisdom, like the sun in skies.

When a girl is educated, the path she paves,

As Vivekananda envisioned, where virtue behaves.

    Women balance dominance and leadership,

Awakening the society with consciousness, to keep.

In our justice system, a truth so stark,

    Punishments for culprits, we embark.

But parents’ discipline, it’s plain to see,

    Lacks the same accountability.

Vimla Thakur knew her son’s dark intent,

    A fratricidal plot, society’s dissent.

An aversion to foes, a father’s dread,

Urging immediate execution, tears he shed.

But Bimbisara’s voice held firm, not so,

Rejecting the act, letting justice flow.

    Ancient India, not always supreme,

Through true greatness, we find our dream.

So, rise, O women, for a world so fine,

With Nivedita’s soul, let your light shine.

Educate, uplift, let your wisdom impart,

Empower the world, from the depths of your heart.

On International Dog Day, tails all a-wag,

We celebrate companions in our daily zigzag.

With fur of all textures and eyes full of glee,

Dogs fill our lives with boundless glee.

From Chihuahuas tiny to Great Danes tall,

They bring laughter and love to us all.

Their loyalty steadfast, hearts pure and true,

A bond like no other, forever they woo.

They fetch our sorrows, just like a ball,

Their presence a comfort, they answer the call.

In gardens of joy or through valleys so steep,

Dogs stand by our side, their vigil they keep.

With noses that sniff out both adventure and friends,

They lead us on journeys where the path never ends.

With paws that dance and leaps that soar,

In their playful antics, our spirits they restore.

So on this special day, let’s give them our cheer,

For the joy they bring throughout the year.

International Dog Day, a tribute we pay,

To our four-legged friends in every way.

With treats and cuddles, and walks down the lane,

In sunshine and rain, through pleasure and pain,

We honor their essence, their barks that convey,

The love and devotion they bring every day.

Happy International Dog Day to pups everywhere,

Your presence is a gift beyond compare.

May your tails keep wagging, your hearts full of grace,

In the warm, loving embrace of our embrace.

Thakur Sri Ramkrishna Deb & Vivekananda’s secred bond

    In lands where spirituality blooms,

    Two souls converged, dispelling gloom.

    Thakur Ramakrishna, a saintly guide,

    And Vivekananda, his fervent stride.

    In Dakshineswar’s sacred abode,

    Ramakrishna’s wisdom brightly glowed.

    Vivekananda, a seeker profound,

In his presence, divine truths found.

Thakur’s eyes held the universe’s flame,

Vivekananda, eager, to learn his name.

    Their interactions, a dance divine,

    A journey through realms, sublime.

“Come, Naren,” Thakur called him near,

    A bond awakened, crystal clear.

Questions sparked like stars at night,

    Answers woven in wisdom’s light.

    Vivekananda, youthful and bold,

His doubts and queries freely told.

Thakur, the sage with heart aglow,

Nurtured his spirit to flourish and grow.

Through stories, parables, and tales untold,

Truths of the soul, they gently unfold.

Thakur’s love, a river so wide,

    Vivekananda sailed, on wisdom’s tide.

“See the Divine in all,” he’d say,

“Every path leads to the same array.”

    Vivekananda imbibed the creed,

Unity of faith in every need.

In temple’s solitude and garden’s grace,

They shared moments that time can’t erase.

    Ramakrishna’s laughter, a mystic song,

    Vivekananda, in rapture, belonged.

With illness as a fierce, testing gale,

Thakur’s body weakened, yet love prevailed.

    Vivekananda stood, a devoted son,

Learning life’s lessons, one by one.

    Thakur’s passing, a poignant ache,

    Yet Vivekananda’s spirit awake.

A legacy lit, a torch aflame,

    To spread Vedanta’s sacred name.

Oh, how they pondered life’s grand scheme,

In endless dialogue, like a flowing stream.

    Vivekananda’s intellect soared high,

Thakur’s teachings, stars in his sky.

From Chicago’s stage to the Western shore,

    Vivekananda’s words a resounding roar.

    Thakur’s wisdom he shared anew,

A message timeless, pure, and true.

Through struggles vast and challenges bold,

    Vivekananda’s resolve never grew cold.

    Thakur’s lessons, a guiding light,

In his disciple’s heart, burning bright.

Thakur Ramakrishna, an ocean of grace,

    Vivekananda, his legacy embrace.

    Their interactions, a sacred dance,

In the realm of spirit, they entranced.

Five hundred words can’t capture the whole,

The depth of their bond, the eternal soul.

Thakur and Vivekananda, two spirits aligned,

    A divine connection, forever enshrined.
